Broughton Plant Hire & Sales are currently looking to appoint a Junior Office Administrator to join our friendly team at our busy Romford Office. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised and flexible with a positive ‘can-do’attitude.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support for the business.
  • Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages
  • Data input and database maintenance
  • Ensure all paperwork is filed in an organised manner
  • Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Scanning documents and drafting paperwork
  • Typing/processing of documents and using Outlook, Word and Excel

Academic Qualifications:

  • Educated to reasonable level
  • Basic numeracy and literacy
