Broughton Plant Hire & Sales Ltd are looking to recruit a full-time permanent administrator, to help our busy and fast-paced tool hire depot providing very high standards of customer services.

✅Manage and provide solutions to daily enquires via phone and email
✅Undertake administration duties such as filing, scanning, emailing etc.
✅Help assist with answering telephone and email orders from customers
✅Supporting and communicating effectively with the team
KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
✅Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
✅Experience of working in a fast-paced operational structure is desirable.
✅Excellent customer services skills and telephone manner.
✅Demonstrate commercial awareness
✅Ability to work under pressure and using your initiative
