🧠 Mental Health Matters: E.V.E.R.Y D.A.Y.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we want to take a moment to reinforce something we’ve always believed at Broughton Plant Hire and Sales: ‘’our people come first’’ and to mirror the message from the campaign this year, ‘’There is power in community’’.

We’ve spoken on this before, and we’ll keep speaking up. Because in an industry that’s fast paced and physically demanding, mental wellbeing is just as important as safety boots and helmets. We also want to acknowledge that April’s Stress Awareness Month didn’t go unnoticed. It’s a timely reminder that mental health and stress are closely linked, and both deserve our continued attention and care.

We know construction can be a high-pressure environment, and it’s why we take mental health seriously all year round. Whether it’s stress, anxiety, or just needing someone to talk to, no one should feel alone.

Let’s break the stigma and stay communicated and keep building a safer, stronger, more supportive industry, together.
