Following on from Learning at Work Week last week, which ran from 12th–18th May, at Broughton Plant Hire and Sales Ltd, we believe learning never stops, and we’re proud to support ongoing professional development across all areas of our business.

From hands-on skills to leadership and wellbeing, our commitment to continuous learning includes training initiatives, staff development programmes, and partnerships with educational institutions, all designed to empower our people and strengthen our industry.

👏 This week, we’re celebrating two fantastic achievements:

✅ Vicky Yeates, our HR Manager, completed her Mental Health First Aid training with St John’s Ambulance – supporting our commitment to workplace wellbeing.
✅ Darryl Pettengell, one of our dedicated drivers, has successfully passed his HGV test – a key milestone and a testament to his hard work and determination.
