Broughton Plant Hire & Sales Ltd are looking to recruit a full-time permanent Hire Desk Controller, to help our busy and fast paced tool hire depot providing very high standards of customer services.

Salary: Competitive

Key responsibilities:

  • Taking telephone and email orders from customers
  • Ensure accurate order processing with all hires and off hires
  • Dealing with any customer queries
  • Liaise with drivers where necessary to ensure equipment is delivered and collected from customers on time and efficiently

Key knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced operational structure is desirable
  • Excellent customer services skills and telephone manner
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness
  • Ability to work under pressure and using your initiative
