Peco/Eco Flywheel Combination Lock

Pipe holding device for use on a Power Tower to ease the lifting of pipe.

This Flywheel padlock, which comes with two keys prevents the use of unauthorised persons by locking the flywheel of an Eco or Peco in a fixed position.
