The Surprep ProtectaLine tool has been designed to correctly prepare and remove the polyethylene and aluminium barrier layers of ProtectaLine pipes in sizes 225mm, prior to the electrofusion or butt fusion jointing process.

This Vulcathene fusion machine is the ideal unit for fast and efficient connection of Vulcathene pipework from 40mm to 152mm in diameter. Utilising the extreme heat and pressure produced during welding, this unit makes simple, reliable joints between pipes.

This system is ideal for the Aquatherm fusiotherm system and includes a standby accumulator, charging station and metal case.
