Vulcathene Clamp Set

The Caldertech Mains Restraining Clamp (Code FC1SH) will hold HDPE pipe securely during the weld process while also providing excellent re-rounding abilities for coiled pipe. Made from lightweight die cast aluminium and steel, the mains clamp is quick to install and easy to use. Available with straight or angle maker base 22.5° increments and can also be supplied in 2 or 3 way configuration.

This mdpe/hdpe chamfer tool is easily adjustable to fit different sizes and thickness and can produce a bevel of up to 30 mm depending upon the thickness of the plastic pipe.

The Surprep ProtectaLine tool has been designed to correctly prepare and remove the polyethylene and aluminium barrier layers of ProtectaLine pipes in sizes 225mm, prior to the electrofusion or butt fusion jointing process.

Electrofusion units for use on various PE Pipping system. Please ensure any person using this equipment has received training and has read the instruction manual and is aware that pipe clamping is required during the welding process.
