REMS SSM 160K butt welding machine is a powerful, proven, easy-to-carry compact machine. Ideal for sanitary installations and installations of drain pipes, chimney reconstruction with PVDF pipes.

The Aquatherm Welders are designed for jointing pipes using “Socket Fusion”. Using an electrical heater plate with add on heater brushes for each individual tube size.

The Caldertech Mains Restraining Clamp (Code FC1SH) will hold HDPE pipe securely during the weld process while also providing excellent re-rounding abilities for coiled pipe. Made from lightweight die cast aluminium and steel, the mains clamp is quick to install and easy to use. Available with straight or angle maker base 22.5° increments and can also be supplied in 2 or 3 way configuration.

This system is ideal for the Aquatherm fusiotherm system and includes a standby accumulator, charging station and metal case.
